Message	Save all the "errors" the officer made for court assuming that you lose the Trial by Dec., which you likely will. After that, you file a request for trial, or you give in and pay the entire fine. It's probably a good idea to take people's advice that are from out-of-state with a grain of salt, as the CA system is quite complicated.
